Delivery and Collection

Production and delivery are separate

Each product page states an estimated production period. This normally begins after payment, usable artwork and any required proof approval have been received. Delivery time begins after dispatch.

Production and dispatch estimates are not guaranteed dates unless we expressly agree a guaranteed service in writing. Contact us before ordering where a deadline is critical.

Standard UK delivery

Standard UK delivery is included in the displayed price unless the product page or checkout clearly says otherwise. Delivery is normally completed by a third-party carrier. Tracking is provided where available. Large, fragile or unusual orders may be divided into several parcels or use a specialist carrier.

Provide a complete and accurate address, safe access and someone able to accept the goods where a signature is required. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address, failed delivery or refused delivery may be charged where lawful.

Parcel and product limits

Online product maximums reflect manufacturing and practical carrier limits. If packed goods cannot travel safely or economically using the stated service, we will contact you before proceeding. If no suitable alternative is agreed, we will refund the order.

Damage in transit

Inspect goods and packaging promptly. Photograph damage before disposing of packaging and contact help@signhq.co.uk with the order number and photographs of the goods, outer packaging and shipping label.

Business customers should report visible delivery damage within 48 hours and retain the goods and packaging while we investigate. A later report may restrict our ability to investigate or pursue the carrier, but does not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Consumers should report damage as soon as reasonably possible; statutory rights do not expire after 48 hours.

Delays

If production or delivery is materially delayed, we will provide updated information. Consumer orders will be delivered within 30 days unless a different period was agreed. Where time was expressly made essential, remedies required by law remain available.

Do not commit to installation appointments, contractors or related work until the goods have arrived and been checked. We are not responsible for such costs except where the law requires otherwise.

Collection from Blackburn

Collection is available where shown on the product page, quotation or checkout. Wait for confirmation that the order is ready before travelling.

Collect from Unit 24, Harwood Street, Blackburn, BB1 3BS, Monday to Friday between 09:30 and 17:30. This is an industrial-estate unit and numbering may not appear in a conventional street sequence.

The person collecting may be asked for the order number and identification. You are responsible for a suitable vehicle, restraints and protection after handover.

International delivery

The initial SignHQ offer is UK delivery only. International supply must be quoted separately, including carriage, duties, taxes and responsibility for import formalities.
