We cut and V-groove the tray from 3mm branded ACM, then supply it flat for your workshop to fold, bond, finish and install. It is deliberately a manufacturing service rather than a finished sign: graphics, rails, fixings, assembly and installation are not included.

Simple area pricing
The online price is calculated from the total ACM area at £60 per m², with a £60 minimum order.
Free UK delivery
Standard UK delivery is included, with the option to collect from our Blackburn workshop.

The calculator prices the complete material area, including the face and four returns, subject to the £60 minimum order.

The tray blank is machined from 3mm ACM in our Blackburn workshop and checked before packing.

Important ordering information
Please check these points before placing your order.
- Enter the finished face length, face width and required return depth in the configurator.
